Refund Policy
This Refund Policy governs the ₹49 inquiry fee paid on the Ladki Bahin Yojana Status Portal (https://mahayojanaa.com/ladkibahin).
General Rule: The ₹49 inquiry fee is a non-refundable service charge. Admin verification services commence immediately upon payment confirmation.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- Payment was successful and admin verification has been completed or initiated
- Your application status was found to be "Rejected", "Pending", or "Not Found" — the fee covers verification effort regardless of outcome
- You provided incorrect details (wrong Aadhar, mobile, name) — please verify your details before payment
- You changed your mind after successful payment
- Your application was not found on the official portal (the fee still covers admin search time)
Refund Eligible Cases
A refund may be considered in limited cases:
- Double payment: If your account was debited twice for the same inquiry
- Technical failure: Payment was deducted from your bank but no order was created in our system (please contact us within 24 hours with your transaction reference)
- Service non-delivery: We were unable to verify your status within 72 working hours due to our system issues
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for eligible cases:
- Contact us at support@mahayojanaa.com or call 1800-XXX-XXXX
- Provide your registered mobile number, Order ID, and bank transaction screenshot
- Submit the request within 24 hours of payment
Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

All payments are processed by Cashfree Payments, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. In case of any payment gateway errors, please contact Cashfree customer support directly with your Order ID.
